Delivery Conditions

The orders placed and also paid until 14:00 will be shipped on the same day. (Until 11:00 on Saturdays)
If the order or payment is after 14:00, it is shipped the next day.
If the next day is Sunday, the order is sent on Monday.
If you pay with credit card, the payment time is taken as the order time.
If you pay with Bank Transfer, please fill in the Money Order Form after making the payment.
The time you fill in and submit this form is taken into account. If you do not send the form, your order may be delayed.
Your order that we deliver to the cargo will be delivered to you by the cargo company within 1 to 3 days.
Shipping fee changes depending on the total weight of the products you order. The shipping fee will be displayed when the delivery address is entered after the cart page.
Exceptions: Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprising, civil commotions, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire; on official and administrative holidays; due to discount and campaign; and buyer related reasons (i.e. not being at the delivery address, no qualified receiver being at the address, address change of the buyer, etc.)
Delivery times of Special Production Products vary according to the production time. Delivery information and times of such products are indicated on the product pages.
Other Issues: The tracking process starts after your order is shipped. You can access the tracking number required to track your order by clicking on your order in "My Orders" section under “My Account” menu.
When you receive your product, please open your cargo package and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any problem, ask the cargo officer to keep a record and send the product back to us. Our Customer Service will assist you in solving this problem.
